I was commissioned to design various special edition merchandise for Comedy Bang! Bang!, one of the first, and most popular, comedy podcasts of all time.
“Hey Nong Man” Embroideries
I created custom embroidery hoops based on the popular catchphrase “Hey Nong Man” that were sold at CBB live events.
They sold out within 5 minutes of the doors opening.
Fan Favorite T-Shirts
To celebrate Comedy Bang Bang’s 10th anniversary, I was asked to make t-shirt art based on fan favorite bits and inside jokes.
“C+” - Host Scott Aukerman believes the highest rating you can give anything is a C+.
“Creak. Slam. Sit” - Based on the famous saying of fan favorite, the late Harris Wittels.
“Interesting Person” - Based on host Scott Aukerman’s tagline, “The show where we talk to interesting people.”
“Bob Ducca” - Inspired by fan favorite and Scott Aukerman’s “stepfather” Bob Ducca (played by Seth Morris) who’s interesting “diseases” he claims to have are all listed in the neck brace of the design.
